Thermathis is a kind and brave person who won't doubt to stand up for her friends, she never backs up from a fight. History:
Giza is one of the greatest cities of Egypt, Giza's deserts are rumored by Egypt's citizens to be full of Sphinx. Centuries ago they were but now only few remain. Thermathis was born in one of the last Sphinx groups, she was named after the goddes of Luck, because of her a new era was to begin. She was the first child between a human a Sphinx. Her mother and father had signed a peace contract so both Sphinx and humans could finally live in peace and harmony.
Five years of peace had passed and like each of those there was going to be a big celebration for peace between them, but the day of the party the Rebellion killed lots of Sphinx and humans. The Sphinx who survived left isolated to themselves and the humans who were left alive either joined the Rebellion or dissolved into Nomad groups. Both of Thermathis parents had died and the Sphinx didn't want to take her with them. The Rebellion chased her. Only one group of Nomads let her go with them.
The Nomads treated her like a servant and said she was only a monster who had destroyed Giza's peace. Each day she believed them more and more. The girls in the village gave her their ugly clothes saying that it was the only thing she deserved and the boys ran away when they saw her saying that she would have lice.
She grew up to be a beautiful lady only in her fifteens. There were no signs of her being a Sphinx since she hadn't used her ability since the Rebellion incident. This didn't make any difference, well it made her life worse since girls where envious of her and did everything to make her look ugly. At that point she didn't care anymore of what they could think about her. At every chance she had she stole the Nomads and saved it to the day she would escape, but before she could the leader's daughter accused her of making out with her boyfriend (witch was false) and was kicked out of the village.
Happily she went to central Giza and started to live her life. She bought decent clothes and learned how to read with the money she had. Not long after she was without a cent and started working with criminals - thieves - , they weren't bad persons and accepted as the half sphinx who "ruined Giza's peace".
After a long time of being a thief she decided to dig back to magic and found out of an academy of dark arts called OtherWorlde, with pain of leaving who she considered family decided to try to join it.
